1. Data we collect
Account data: email, country, language preference.
Billing data: name, billing address and VAT number where provided. Full payment-card data is handled entirely by our payment providers and never reaches our servers.
Product telemetry: trades executed by Zenith 8 / Zenith 8 Crypto on your behalf, KPIs, equity curves, and connection metadata to brokers and exchanges.
Security data: IP address, device, session activity, login history.
2. How we use it
To operate the services, execute orders on your behalf and surface them in your dashboard.
To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, expiry notices) and product communications you have opted into.
To improve product performance and detect anomalies.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Third-party processors
Stripe (card payments), NowPayments (cryptocurrency payments), Wise (bank transfers) and Resend (transactional email). Data is shared only as necessary to operate the service. Where anonymized, IP-truncated analytics are enabled, they are used solely to understand aggregate site usage.
4. Data retention
Account and trading data are retained as long as your account is active and for the period required thereafter for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
5. Your rights (GDPR / equivalent)

6. International transfers
Data may be transferred to processors located outside your country. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent legal mechanisms where applicable.
