Terms and Conditions

“3Algos” refers to the trading-systems division of The Cube Floor Holding, the publisher of the services described herein.

“Zenith 8” refers to the Expert Advisor distributed by 3Algos for the MetaTrader 5 platform.

“Zenith 8 Crypto” refers to the automated trading application that connects to centralized cryptocurrency exchanges through your own API keys.

“User”, “you” refers to any natural or legal person who creates an account on 3algos.com.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclaimer and the API Keys Security Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old, and not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the services are restricted by law.

3Algos provides software (Zenith 8) and an application (Zenith 8 Crypto) that automate decision-making and order execution on third-party trading venues — your broker for Zenith 8, your exchange for Zenith 8 Crypto. 3Algos never takes custody of your capital.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis, per active trading license. Annual plans are billed twelve months upfront at the discounted rate shown on the pricing page. Current prices are always displayed on 3algos.com/pricing and may be updated from time to time.

Funds always remain with your broker (Zenith 8) or your exchange (Zenith 8 Crypto). 3Algos never holds, transfers, or has the technical ability to withdraw your capital.

For Zenith 8 Crypto, exchange API keys are used with Read and Trade permissions only. The Withdraw permission must remain disabled; the application is designed never to request or use it.

Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment. They do not auto-renew silently — you receive a notification before expiry and can choose to renew or let the subscription lapse.

You may switch billing cycle or adjust the number of licenses at any time; pricing applies from the next billing period.

A subscription you choose not to renew simply expires at the end of its paid period. Because every user receives a full, unrestricted 7-day free trial before any payment (see §6), subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.

Every new account automatically receives a 7-day free trial with full and unrestricted access to both Zenith 8 and Zenith 8 Crypto. No credit card is required at signup. The trial is designed so you can evaluate the product completely before deciding to pay.

Because every user is given complete, unrestricted access to the software during this free trial period, no refunds are offered on paid subscriptions. We strongly encourage you to test the product thoroughly during the trial before subscribing.

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws, including trading, taxation, and securities regulations in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Zenith 8 Expert Advisor, the Zenith 8 Crypto application, or any other 3Algos software, and not to share, resell or redistribute your license.

Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The services are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty as to profitability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Algos and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits or trading losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
